At Foundations Family Chiropractic, we want your first experience with our office to feel easy, welcoming and clear. Before your initial assessment, intake forms will be emailed to you — please complete them ahead of your appointment. If you’re booking for your child or you’re currently pregnant, just let our team know so we can send the right additional paperwork.
This is the longest visit you’ll have with us, because it’s the most important. Dr. Grewal will sit down with you to understand your health history, your concerns and your goals. You’ll then receive a thorough examination, including gentle, non-invasive nervous system scans that show us what’s really going on beneath the surface. Plan for about 30–45 minutes.
At your second visit, Dr. Grewal walks you through everything we found; your scan results, what they mean and exactly what he recommends. You’ll leave with a clear, personalized care plan, honest answers to your questions and a transparent picture of costs and timelines. If care is a good fit, most patients receive their first adjustment at this visit.

• Bring your extended health insurance information so we can set up direct billing
• Bring any relevant imaging, reports or specialist letters if you have them
• Wear comfortable clothing you can move in
• Arrive about 10 minutes early for your first appointment
Initial assessment: $150. Follow-up visits: $65. We direct bill to most extended health insurance providers — contact us and we’ll confirm whether your plan is covered. No doctor’s referral is needed to see a chiropractor in BC.
