At Foundations Family Chiropractic, we look forward to creating a positive experience for you and your family. Prior to your initial assessment you will be sent intake forms to your email. Please have those completed prior to your first appointment. If you are booking for your child or you’re currently pregnant, please notify the staff as they will provide you with additional paperwork.
On your first day, you will be greeted by one of our front desk staff who will check you in and make sure all your forms are filled out correctly. They will then go through a brief tour of our office, so you know where to go while you visit our office. You will then be placed in our exam room where Dr. Grewal will meet you. Here is what you can expect next:
- History
- Posture Exam
- CLA Insight Scans
- Chiropractic Physical Exam
At this appointment, Dr. Grewal will go over the findings of your scans and any other tests performed on Day 1. This appointment is crucial as it allows the chiropractor to explain what he can or cannot do for you. It is really finding out if this type of care is the right fit for you. If this type of care is a fit for you, we’ll be able to provide you what you need to accomplish your health goals.
Dr. Grewal will provide his report of findings and then you will both discuss his recommendations for your care plan and pricing. Once an agreement is reached, you will head to the front desk where our CA will go over pricing once again and schedule you in. Once you are scheduled, you will be asked to head to one of our adjusting rooms where Dr. Grewal will come and start your chiropractic journey. This visit can take up to 25 minutes.
