You can begin at any stage — first, second or third trimester. Many moms start early in pregnancy to stay ahead of discomfort as their body changes, while others come in later for relief. Whenever you start, adjustments are done on a pregnancy-specific table with support pillows so care stays comfortable throughout.

Your first visit is a conversation and a thorough assessment. Dr. Grewal takes time to understand your health history, concerns and goals, then performs a full examination including posture analysis and gentle, non-invasive nervous system scans. Plan for about 30–45 minutes.

Usually not. We believe you deserve care based on findings, not guesswork — so Day 1 is dedicated to your assessment, and at your second visit Dr. Grewal walks you through the results and his recommendations. If care is a good fit, most patients receive their first adjustment at that second visit.

Our scans are gentle, non-invasive and completely painless — nothing enters or presses into the body. They measure how your nervous system is functioning and where stress is being held, giving us an objective baseline we can re-measure over time to track your progress.

Not usually. X-rays aren’t required to begin care at our office. If your history or examination suggests imaging would be valuable, Dr. Grewal will refer you for the appropriate imaging before proceeding.
